Simple and original PIZZA Sauce Recipes

In large saucepan, gently saute the onion in oil until transparent. Add tomatoes and bring to boil. After simmering, add the tomato puree, then vinegar and sugar. Simmer for hours a day, using a wooden spoon to break up any kind of tomato fruit. If you still have a fruit sauce of tomatoes, through a filter Bottling before and save in refrigerator for up to two months. * 500 grams can whole / chopped italian plum tomatoes
* 2 teaspoons concentrated tomato puree
* 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
* 3 teaspoons sugar
* 1 medium onion, finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
