Polenta Pizza Crust Recipe

This is not the picture ofpolenta pizza recipes, but it look so beautifull is not it :)
In large bowl or electric mixer, dissolve the yeast and barley malt in warm water. Add semolina, flour, polenta, salt, and olive oil. Combine well. Knead dough until smooth and shiny, add the flour that is required .. Place dough in lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until
doubled, about 2 hours. When the dough has risen, punch down and roll out to the large circle and transfer a baking sheet or pizza pan. Up with a quote is very good and cooked in
preheated 425F oven for 20 - 25 minutes. This is good topped with roasted veggies. well everything have been done well :)

Ingredients:
* 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
* 1 tablespoon malt barley extract
* 1 cup warm water
* 3 / 4 cup semolina
* 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour
* 3 / 4 cup polenta / corn meal
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
